Great hospitality. At Brockenbauer Thielecke, which is 5 minutes walk from here you can taste different dishes.

The surrounding area is beautiful with lots for families to do. The swimming pool and spa are great for those rainy days. Very clean and friendly service.
The spa wasn't offering spa treatments as the lady who runs it was on holiday. i think they should have brought in extra staff.

The property was very nice in a beautful setting.
I think that they should have at least one English translated menu for visitors who do not speak German. There was not one of the restaurant staff who could translate the menu for us.

Good location. Nice personal
We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment. But this was absolutely not a 4 star standard... - no beds sheets... - no towels - no housekeeping moreover the swimming-pool was very cold....and not adapted for kids

Nice pool, kids loved it. Cosy atmosphere in a hotel. Beautiful sceneries to the fields and woods. Very nice quiet village.
There was no information at all in english, just german. We had no cleaning in our apartment during our eight day stay (although we didn´t ask for it).

Great hotel for young family. Lovely staff and good location in the middle of the harz mountains. Will definitely book again.
Only complaints were that the pool was too cold and the bed linen not very comfortable.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped and very clean. The facilities were good and there were lots of outdoor activities close by. A very enjoyable stay.
The pool was a bit chilly!
